In this 4 hour deep dive we will cover the anatomy, movement, postural implications, indications, contraindications and bodywork treatment for the rectus abdominis, abdominal obliques, transverse abdominis and quadratus lumborum muscles. We will start with abdominal palpation for those that have not performed abdominal bodywork before and progress to doing focused, specific work to ease, free and balance the myofascia and fascial lines of the abdominal muscles and torso.
